Everything Concrete — Effective July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of texasconcrete.contractors, operated by Everything Concrete, 110 Love Rd, Victoria, TX 77904, (361) 418-9365, [email protected]. By using this site or submitting our estimate request form, you agree to these terms.
Use of This Site. This site provides information about our concrete and earthwork services and lets you request a free estimate. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information.
Estimates and Quotes. Estimates are free and non-binding. A quote becomes a binding agreement only when confirmed in a written contract signed by both parties. Unless stated otherwise, written quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Communications. By submitting our form you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request. Text messaging consent is optional and governed by the checkboxes on the form: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services.
SMS Program Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from Everything Concrete. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Information collected through our SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://texasconcrete.contractors/privacy-policy.
Services. All concrete and construction work we perform is governed by the written contract for that project, including scope, pricing, schedule, and warranties. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty or guarantee of work.
Intellectual Property. Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Everything Concrete and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. This site is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everything Concrete is not liable for damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria County, Texas.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
